If we were to sum up this wedding in Zell am See experience in three words it would be style, class, and heart. Meeting Magdalena and Thomas was like that from the get-go. Our fist video chat between Dubai and Vienna, our e-mail exchanges on wedding details to our lunch in Zell am See to go over the schedule. Every exchange we had was thoughtful and kind. The day before the wedding, we arrived at our hotel to a hand written welcome card by our couple which was only the beginning of a weekend filled with kind gestures. To work in people photography means first and foremost to be working with people. Photography is the product that emerges from this connection. This is especially true for wedding photography. In a saturated market of an exploding wedding industry, inspiration boards, and self-proclaimed specialists, it is becoming increasingly more challenging to listen to your inner voice. But these two did. When looking back at these pictures, we are reminded of how unpretentious and effortless this invitation to one of Austria’s more prestigious destinations was under a tremendously blue sky and glistening lake. Stunning, yet warm and fun.
